What is Democracy NFT Collection?

Democracy NFT Collection is a satirical crypto project built on Solana blockchain, celebrating political themes through humor and ownership. It features unique character roles: Citizens, Sheriffs, Ministers, and Senators, each representing different aspects of democracy and governance. All NFTs are securely stored on the Solana blockchain as compressed NFTs (cNFT) for cost-effective ownership.
How many NFTs are in the collection?

The collection includes multiple character types with limited supplies. Currently, the Sheriff collection is available as a free demo. After December 28, 2024, we're launching our main collections including Citizens, Ministers, and Senators, each with their own rarity levels and traits.
What makes these NFTs special?

Each NFT represents a role in the world's first Crypto Democracy Satire. They're compressed NFTs (cNFT) on Solana, making them cost-effective to mint and own. Each character type has distinct traits, rarity levels, and visual styles. Owning a Democracy NFT means participating in elections, votes, and community decisions, plus you'll be part of the $PEE-PLE token ecosystem.

Can I trade or sell my NFTs?

Yes! Once you own a Democracy NFT, you have full ownership rights. You can trade, sell, or hold your NFTs on Solana NFT marketplaces. The Solana blockchain ensures that your ownership is secure and verifiable, giving you complete control over your digital assets.

Are there any community benefits?

Yes! Democracy NFT holders get access to exclusive community features, voting rights on future collection decisions, and special events. Citizens can vote in elections, and all holders participate in the $PEE-PLE token ecosystem. How do I mint an NFT?

Connect your Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.) and click "Mint Now" to receive a random NFT from the current collection. The Sheriff collection is currently FREE to mint as a demo. After December 28, 2024, main collections will launch with their own pricing. The process is fair and random, giving everyone a chance at rare NFTs.
What is the minting price?

The Sheriff collection demo is FREE to mint! After December 28, 2024, our main collections (Citizens, Ministers, Senators) will launch with pricing details announced closer to launch. All NFTs are compressed NFTs (cNFT) on Solana, making minting cost-effective with low blockchain fees.
Can I choose which NFT I get?

Minting is random to ensure fairness. You can view all available NFTs in the gallery before minting. Each collection has different rarity levels, so you might get a common Citizen or a rare Sheriff!

What happens if minting fails?

Failed transactions are reverted on Solana, and you won’t be charged (except for minimal Solana network fees). If you have issues, contact support via our social media channels or community Telegram.
Is there a limit on how many I can mint?

Limits may apply per wallet to prevent bots and ensure fair distribution. Each collection may have different limits. Check the collection details for specific minting limits.

Which wallets are supported?

We support Solana wallets including Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, and other Solana-compatible wallets. Make sure you have SOL in your wallet for transaction fees (though Sheriff demo mints are free!).
How do I connect my wallet?

Click "Connect Wallet" and select your Solana wallet. Approve the connection request in your wallet. Your wallet address will be displayed once connected. Make sure you're on the Solana network.
Is my wallet information safe?

Yes. Your private keys are never stored or shared. Only your public Solana wallet address is used for transactions. All minting happens directly on the Solana blockchain through your wallet.

Can I use multiple wallets?

Yes, but each wallet is treated separately and subject to minting limits.

What are the different NFT types?

The collection features four main character roles: Citizens (common, free to mint), Sheriffs (rare/epic, currently free demo), Ministers (exclusive, coming soon), and Senators (limited, future expansion). Each has unique traits and rarity levels.
How do I view my collection?

Connect your Solana wallet to see your minted NFTs, or browse the gallery section to view all available and minted NFTs. Your NFTs are stored on the Solana blockchain and can be viewed in your wallet or on Solana NFT marketplaces.
Are there different rarity levels?

Yes: Common (Citizens), Uncommon, Rare, Epic (Sheriffs), and Legendary/Exclusive (Ministers, Senators). Each rarity level has different traits and values. Legendary NFTs are the most valuable and rare.

Can I see the collection before minting?

Yes, the gallery section displays all available NFTs and their traits. You can browse the Sheriff demo collection now, and preview what's coming in the main collections launching after December 28, 2024.
Will there be more collections?

Yes! The Sheriff collection is our free demo. After December 28, 2024, we're launching our main collections: Citizens, Ministers, and Senators. Follow us on Twitter (@thesoldemocracy) and Telegram for updates on new releases and collaborations.

What are the terms of ownership?

You own the NFT and can trade, sell, or hold it. Artwork licensing may vary by NFT.
Are there any usage restrictions?

Personal use is allowed. Commercial use may require additional permissions.
What about copyright and licensing?

Each NFT has specific licensing terms. Review them before commercial use.

What happens if the project ends?

Your NFTs remain yours on the blockchain, regardless of project status.
